Hi, Marita: Recently I had occasion to use Tony Salamone from Infrared Diagnostics a thermographic inspection service. He came out to check on some water damage I had when we had the last ice storm. At any rate, I used his services instead of the one my agent recommended - who wanted to drill 3" holes (yes, plural) in my walls to discover the same thing that Tony did with non-invasive stuff.
At any rate, he did such a thorough and intelligent job - including a written report, that I would highly recommend his services. Don't know if you have the need, but his company’s name is Infrared Diagnostics 845 876 9667.
Thought you might be interested - and as I said, I am recommending him because of his work.

It was nice meeting you and watching you scan the house in Millerton. I have seen the preliminary report you sent to Erika. I just want to let you know that I am impressed by the report and the professional look it has to it. You do a good job. Maybe after the roof is fixed she wll have you come back to make sure everything is o.k. I would recommed it. Just wanted to let you know how I feel. Again, great job.
